Employee Feedback Summarization
BetaAnonymous employee feedback grouped into themes with sentiment and quotes, with names, emails, and phone numbers removed first and small themes suppressed so no individual can be singled out.
How it works
Paste anonymous survey comments (one per line) or upload an export. Emails, phone numbers, @handles, and any names you list are removed before the AI sees the text. Themes supported by fewer comments than your minimum group size are shown only as a count, without quotes.

Limitations
- Removes listed names and contact details, but can't catch every identifying detail (e.g. a unique role or event); review before sharing.
- For aggregate insight only. Never use it to identify who wrote a comment or to evaluate individuals.
- Needs at least 5 comments; themes with fewer comments than the minimum group size are suppressed.
