These Terms govern your use of the Atlas Automation Group AI agent service (the "Service"), provided by Atlas Automation Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. The Service
The Service provides pre-built AI agents that process content you provide, using an AI provider account and API key that you supply ("BYOK"). Agents marked "Beta" may change, may be unavailable, and produce drafts that you must review. Agents marked "Coming soon" aren't available.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity in your workspace, including activity through your API keys. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your AI provider
You're responsible for your agreement with the AI provider you connect, and for its charges, usage policies, and data terms. Consumer chat subscriptions generally don't include API access. We send your content only to the provider you select for a run. We don't route it to a different provider unless your workspace settings explicitly allow that.
4. Fees and prepaid credit
- The platform fee is the published rate per billable active minute, currently $0.05. Each run uses the price in effect when it starts.
- Fees are deducted from prepaid credit bought through our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store card details.
- Each run's charge is capped at the maximum shown before it starts.
- Demo credit has no cash value and is non-refundable.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
- [Owner decision: taxes, notice period for price changes, and whether credit expires.]
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to provide the Service. We don't use your content to train models. Your content is deleted according to your workspace retention setting (30 days by default) and our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Our intellectual property; restrictions
The Service, including its software, agent designs, prompts, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not, and may not help anyone else:
- (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service;
- (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to obtain the Service's source code, prompts, or internal logic, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- (c) access the Service to build or benchmark a competing product or service, or copy its features, design, or prompts;
- (d) scrape, crawl, or extract data or prompts from the Service by automated means, other than through our documented API within its limits;
- (e) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written agreement;
- (f) remove proprietary notices, or circumvent usage limits, metering, or security controls.
8. Outputs and disclaimers
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for any action you approve. The Service is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" [attorney to finalize disclaimer wording].
9. Limitation of liability
[Attorney to draft. A common structure is a cap at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, with indirect damages excluded.]
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend workspaces for non-payment, a payment dispute, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms. You can close your workspace at any time. [Owner decision: data export window after closure.]
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with notice by [email/in-app]. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
[Owner and attorney decision: jurisdiction and venue.]
