Do I need an AI subscription?
You need an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or xAI. Consumer chat subscriptions such as ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro don’t include API access.
What does a typical run cost?
If an agent works for one minute, the platform fee is $0.05. Your AI provider separately bills its token usage under your key. See pricing for examples.
Can I try it before connecting a key?
Yes. Every agent has a Demo mode that uses simple rules instead of AI, so you can see the workflow and output format first.
How do I know the output is right?
Agents quote your source material word for word for each key point, and anything they can’t back up is flagged. Results are drafts for a person to review before use.
Do you train on my data?
No.
How long do you keep my files?
30 days by default. Workspace owners can change this, and can export or delete their data at any time.
Will an agent send emails or change things on its own?
No. Anything that acts outside the app waits for a person to approve that exact action.
Which tools can agents connect to?
Web search (Brave or Tavily) with your own key, plus Gmail drafts, Google Calendar and Drive, HubSpot, GitHub, Zendesk and Shopify for the agents that need them. Some of these connections are still in testing.
Can I get a refund?
For unused purchased credit, see the Refund Policy. Trial credit isn’t money and can’t be refunded.
Is there an API?
Yes. Workspaces can create API keys, start runs over REST, receive signed webhooks, and connect from MCP-compatible tools.
