How it works

Upload an expense or card export and list your chart-of-accounts categories. The AI only suggests a category per row from your list; amounts are never retyped, totals are calculated in code, and anything it can't place goes to Uncategorized. Nothing is posted to your books.

  • .csv with description and amount columns (date optional)
  • Your category list

Limitations

  • Not financial, tax, or investment advice; figures are computed from your data and need review by a qualified person.
  • Suggestions only: a bookkeeper must review before posting.
  • Up to 500 rows per run.
