How it works

Upload an inventory export (SKU and on-hand quantity; reorder point, on order, lead time, and sales rate improve the checks). All exceptions and days-of-cover are calculated in code; the AI only prioritizes them and suggests actions. It never places orders or changes stock.

What you give it

  • .csv with SKU and on-hand columns (optional: reorder point, on order, lead time days, daily or 30-day sales)
  • Pasted CSV

Limitations

  • Checks only what the export contains; no demand forecasting.
  • Days of cover = on hand ÷ daily usage.
  • Up to 20,000 SKUs.
