Order Status Support
BetaA reply to "where is my order?" built from the Shopify order (status and tracking quoted exactly), sent to you as a draft, only after the customer's email matches the order.
How it works
Looks up the order in Shopify (read-only), checks the requester's email matches, and drafts a reply. If it doesn't match, the reply asks them to verify instead of revealing anything.
What you give it

- Customer email
- Customer message
Limitations
- Draft only; it doesn't email the customer.
- Never reveals order details unless the email matches the order.
- Delivery estimates beyond the tracking data aren't given.
