How it works

Upload or paste internal training content (onboarding guides, SOPs, product training). Employees can ask a question and try a practice answer; the coach answers and gives feedback only from your material and cites it, so it never teaches something your company didn't write.

Limitations

  • Coaches only from the material provided; if the material is silent, it says so.
  • One coaching turn per run.
  • Not an assessment record; nothing is stored about the employee beyond the run.
